Panama City Beach’s best take-out and dine-in spot for all things sushi, salmon, or ribeye, Firefly is here to serve it up fast. They’re one of the quickest places on this list to eat! If you’re in a hurry, just put in your order by phone or at the kiosk, and in minutes, you’ll be ready to go! This place opens Tuesdays through Sundays (5–9 pm).
Yet if you’re in a relaxed mood with time to spare, then take things outside. They offer plenty of great open seating outdoors just under their large, luscious oak tree, and being out there and smelling the fresh food as it comes out to you is truly an experience. Firefly also caters and hosts special events with parties of 300 or smaller (ideally); ask the receptionist for further details.

You’ll instantly notice walls filled with numerous collections of relaxing, peaceful art pieces and precise, artistic chandeliers overhead. If the weather’s great, head outside for a bite on the patio as you listen to their live performers right under the warm sun and cool, breezy air.
Or why not take things indoors for a more private chat with your party? It’s up to you; they’ll let you do your own thing and take in the blissful ambiance. This place is family-owned and family-friendly!
Diego’s Burrito Factory in PCB
People go crazy for this place. Get a delicious burrito filled and rolled just the way you like it. Heard that one before? Well, at Diego’s you can get that and a to-go cup full of the freshly made Margarita of your choice. Yes, I said, “of your choice.”
Diego’s Burrito Factory offers over a dozen Margarita and Daquiri options to quench your thirst, from spicy to sour to sweet, you’re gonna want more than one. (Good thing you also got that monster burrito!) Diego’s has plenty of covered outdoor seating if you do decide to eat in, and it is only a short walk from our vacation rentals at Calypso Resort and Aqua. They open at 11, just in time for lunch, and they stay open pretty late most nights, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grab a quick, convenient bite or adult beverage here.
