Enjoy a vacation that is as relaxing or exciting as you want it to be! Relax after a long day at the beach in the King Master and wash away the salty sand in the en-suite bath with a double vanity and remodeled large walk-in shower.
In the first guest room, you will find a cozy queen size bed and a tv with a Pier Park view! The 2nd guest room has a twin over twin bunk with a tv perfect for kids and teens.
The Gulf View living room provides great space to gather and offers additional sleeping for 2 with a sleeper sofa. The unit comfortably sleeps 8 people. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for all the chefs in your family. Enjoy a meal and family time around the dining table and the extra seating at the eat-in bar.
Sip your beverage of choice on the private balcony which boasts spectacular "Emerald Coast" views of the Gulf and sugar-white sands and unforgettable beach sunsets.
In the heart of Panama City Beach, Calypso Resort features TWO beachfront 23-story towers. The resort includes 2 large beachfront (seasonally heated) pools, surrounded by a patio studded with palm trees, chaises, and tables where you can enjoy a snack or a game of cards while listening to the surf lap onto the sugar-white sands. There’s even a tiki bar in season, so you can enjoy a piña colada after your swim.

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Rod rentals bait and tackle are available on site. Calypso also sits directly across the street from Aaron Bessant Park, Panama City Beach's premier festival spot!

Reservations are cancelable up to 60 days prior to arrival minus a $195 cancellation fee. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. We will charge the card on file unless we are notified to do otherwise prior to the due date.

I really appreciated the quick response whenever I had a question. Nice and up-to-date furnishings and decor. Only complaint was the floors were dirty. We went and bought a swiffer and mopped the floors.

"Perfect Condo, Perfect beach, Perfect vacation"
Gosh, this place is beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The condo was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for the week. The views from the balcony or even just sitting in the Livingroom are so peaceful and relaxing. We loved that we didn't feel cramped into a place for the week, everyone had a room and space to themselves. The laundry room in the condo was fantastic, loved coming home without loads of laundry to do. My son and I built the puzzle in 3 days and really enjoyed that relaxing time together. Location is amazing, we ate in Pier Park 3 times during the week we stayed there. It was so easy to just walk down the street and pick a place. My husband and son enjoyed fishing off the pier and I enjoyed the beach service, not having to lug around chairs and umbrellas, just bring your towel and your set for the day! Oh and Walmart, Target and Publix are all within close driving distance, so gathering lunch options and snacks was super easy. My only suggestions to the owner would be to update the mattress in the master bedroom, it was very firm and difficult to get comfortable in.

"Nice Unit!"
Everything was great! Just like in the picture! Any questions I had, always answered promptly! Condo was great! The only issue we had was the alarms went off at 1:30 in the morning and we evacuated for about 30 minutes. This had nothing to do with the condo unit. The issue was with the resort in not communicating with guests on what was going on.

"Loved It!"
This was our 2nd time at Calypso, but different unit than the 1st time. It was really nice and had a cozy beachy feel. There was a little hiccup with the air conditioning the first day we were there, but it was resolved that same day (a Sunday no less!). We were at the beach most of the day anyway! The amenities are fun and we used most of everything. The Master bed was a little uncomfortable, but we managed. Would definitely go back, and would stay in the same unit! We like being on a low enough floor to take the stairs.

Really good people to work with. Super quick when we found out our coffee pot was broke. They were there the next morning. Thank you for that, cause we’re big coffee drinkers. I told my husband I could live in this condo, it’s beautiful. So welcoming. I’m keeping these numbers for future vacations & if you have other condos like this in other’s cities, send me the info. I love working with you guys.
